Returns & Refund Policy

All products sold by Combat Calendar are made to order. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below.


Return & Claim Window

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Fulfillment Errors)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue


Once verified, we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a fulfillment error, a replacement item will be produced and shipped at no cost to you.

Do not return any defective or damaged items without contacting us first and receiving instructions.


Returns for Refund (Non-Defective Items)

We may accept returns for non-defective items at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return must be approved before shipping
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs


If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (US customers typically had free shipping).


Made-to-Order Disclaimer

All items are produced on demand.

  • We do not guarantee returns or refunds for sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse
  • Any such requests are reviewed strictly at our discretion and must meet the conditions outlined above


No Returns Without Approval

Returns sent without prior authorization:

  • May be refused
  • May not be eligible for a refund
  • May be lost without responsibility on our end


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided:

  • The package may be returned to the fulfillment facility
  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs


Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a package is unclaimed or refused:

  • It will be returned to the fulfillment facility
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order


Returned shipments may only be held for a limited time. If not resolved within that time, the package may no longer be recoverable.


Returned-to-Sender Handling

If an order is returned to the fulfillment facility for any reason (including incorrect address or failure to claim):

  • You may be contacted regarding next steps
  • Reshipping will require payment of new shipping fees
  • If no action is taken, the item may no longer be available


Return Address & Correspondence Disclaimer

Any return address provided:

  • Is to be used only for approved product returns
  • Is not a business address
  • Must not be used for legal correspondence


Any non-return mail sent to a fulfillment facility may be returned to sender.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item:

  • Submit a return request (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order


Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests made after the 30-day window
  • Items sent back without approval
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Policy Discretion

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any return that does not meet the conditions above
  • Review exceptional cases at our discretion
  • Update this policy at any time
