Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high demand.


Shipping Rates

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • United States: Estimated 6–10 business days
  • International: Estimated 10–20 business days


These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery speeds may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing (for international orders), and carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping locations and rates will be displayed at checkout.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Combat Calendar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
